This began in XX/XX/XXXX regarding Huntington Natl. Bank in PA. I contacted the bank over a dozen times as it dropped my credit rating over 100 points without explanation. They failed to respond, and I finally filed a complaint with the Iowa Consumer Protection Division in XXXX XXXX, IA, on XX/XX/XXXX. In turn, this agency told me to send all information to the PA Dept. of Banking and Securities in XXXX, PA. Customer Assistant XXXX XXXX sent an email on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, telling me to send the problem to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in XXXX, TX, which I did on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. This agency advised me that my complaint was no longer under their jurisdiction and had been sent to XXXX, IA. I wrote to the XXXX Financial Protection Bureau on XX/XX/XXXX, again on XX/XX/XXXX. In return, I received a form letter on XX/XX/XXXX, instructing me to file a complaint. Fed up, on XX/XX/XXXX, I sent every scrap of documentation and research I had on file to XXXX XXXX XXXX ; XXXX, IA XXXX. I received a form letter dated XX/XX/XXXX, identical to the one on XX/XX/XXXX, and yet another on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX I expect this type of incompetent service to continue? Or have you gone covert and closed any potential investigation?
