Navient solutions violated XXXX title XXXX XXXX. XXXX. During the 30 day validation period the consumer was unable to verify such debt claims due to lack of sufficient evidence. The original contract with the red ink wet signature was not rendered. However, Navient sent a promissory note that did not bear the original signature of the consumer. Consumer clarified that the signature did not belong to him. In conclusion consumer will litigate Navient for fraud, tax invasion, harassment, violation of XXXX, Violation of FCRA and violating special deposit. Affidavits of fact were sent to Navient under special deposit with special instructions of which instructions were not followed. By law this results in breach of contract. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX. Navient is also violating a cease and desist that was sent to them. I request that you audit Navient for such violations. This complaint serves as evidence and will be applied to the case.
