So, not too long ago I had a chance to pull a full credit analysis to do a check in on my credit and the only reason that I'm just now taking action is due to my address and number not being updated due to me relocating and the credit bureaus not properly making the change in time. When I did look at my report, to my surprise, I noticed I had 3 collection accounts from some company I've never heard of called XXXX Paragon Revenue Group that was opened in XX/XX/2021 for {$2000.00}, {$740.00}, & {$220.00} with the last balance update of XXXX that I do NOT recall and am not liable for. That's a total of {$2900.00} from a company I don't know or have never signed any agreement or contract with. I've NEVER received any notice pertaining to this alleged debt or that it was even reported and added to my credit. I never entered into any signed agreement or completed an original contract with them for this alleged debt. This situation is fraudulent and is a violation of my rights. This inaccurate collection is NOT mine and is doing nothing, but negatively impacting my credit score. I've filed a complaint with the XXXX and have also mailed in documents asking them to validate debt and have no received a response, they also said they would remove their accounts from collections and they're still reporting to my credit report and affecting it negatively. My last resort if this can not be solved or fixed is to take legal action and speak with the attorney general and take it to court.
