XXXX XXXX bike for full refund. XXXX issued refund to Affirm. Affirm loan shows paid off on Affirm app. Affirm refunded only some of the payments i made directly to my XXXX checking account. Still short over {$1100.00} on refund. Contacted Affirm to inquire and they - would not tell me how much more refund i would get - how much they refunded to date - said to wait 30 days for a check of unknown amount. I saw on XXXX that others have waited the 30 days only to be told to start a case and have waited months with no refund. Here is the thread : https : XXXX? utm_source=share & utm_medium=ios_app & utm_name=iossmf So basically Affirm is stealing peoples money and not releasing refunds. I tried calling Affirm and waited on hold for an agent for over 15 minutes and got disconnected. I am currently on hold again for 10 minutes waiting to inquire for exact details on how much more refund, exactly when i will receive a check and where the check will be sent. I finally reached an agent and was told that because many of the payments were over 180 days old the agent had to calculate the refund by hand and start a case for investigation. This is criminal. They are intentionally holding the money until someone wastes hours of their life to get an agent to hand calculate refunds. No other financial institution operates like this. I am now waiting on hold for this process ( which i suspect is a process to try to have me disconnect from the call ) and have no confidence that I will receive a refund. I believe i made 20 payments on a zero interest loan of XXXX and received only XXXX payments refunded. So i am missing at least XXXX x XXXX = {$1100.00}
