XX/XX/2022 I mailed a dispute to Experian and to the collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Notifying each party that this debt is not my debt, and I informed XXXX to produce a wet ink document to prove that I signed any agreement with them and they have yet to do so. I called experian to see if they had received my dispute letter they informed me that they received my dispute letter and they was investigating and the collection should be removed by the XXXX of XX/XX/2022. Well I noticed that XXXX is still on my credit report after a proper dispute was filed. XXXX seeking help to remove XXXX from my credit report this collection agency is having a negative affect on my financial life. I do not owe XXXX XXXX XXXX any money, nor have I entered into a binding contract with this Third Party XXXX.
