PLEASE HELP! I send XXXX a letter on XX/XX/2022 requesting that they provide me with the proof that the creditors in the attached letter provided to them to validate/verify the accounts that they are reporting on my consumer credit report. XXXX has failed to do so. By law Credit reporting agencies are required to provide the information that the creditor provide them and XXXX obviously feels like they are above the law. They have verified the account as accurate and updated. I send in the attachment that received my correspondence requesting that they provide me with proof yet they ignore it and just update the accounts. XXXX is being a bully and because I feel like I am fighting for my rights because they are being violated. Dealing with XXXX has cause me to start having anxiety attacks because they are not obeying the law. This accounts does not reflect my credit worthiness and should be removed due to the fact that XXXX has yet to provide me with documentation/correspondence of what I have requested. A update credit report is not what I asked for. I have requested proof of verification/validation. I have also filed a complaint with the XXXX because I feel I need additional help/ back up due to the fact that XXXX continue to tried to bully and intimidate me. 15 U.S.C 1681c ( f ) Indication of dispute by consumer If a consumer reporting agency is notified pursuant to section 1681s2 ( a ) ( 3 ) of this title that information regarding a consumer who [ 1 ] was furnished to the agency is disputed by the consumer, the agency shall indicate that fact in each consumer report that includes the disputed information. 15 U.S.C 1681 ( a ) ( b ) ( 3 ) ( 4 ) ( d ) Information required to be disclosed 15 U.S.C 1681c ( e ) ( f ) ( 1 ) Title 11 information Any consumer reporting agency that furnishes a consumer report that contains information regarding any case involving the consumer that arises under title 11 shall include in the report an identification of the chapter of such title 11 under which such case arises if provided by the source of the information.
