XXXX consistently lowers my credit score when I received two new credit cards and they are monitoring and purposely decreasing my credit score to keep me from obtaining credit. They have my credit file in XXXX special investigation file so when ever I apply for credit they are alerted and change my credit information then deny the new credit application. They have no reason to have my file listed under special security. They have decreased my credit score by XXXX points for an 18 % increase in balance for two new credit cards. Three months prior to the XXXX point decrease they decreased my score by XXXX points for a new credit card. They consistently show a balance for a charged off and disputed account with XXXX opened in 2014 which should be removed from my credit report. It's over XXXX old. They are allowing XXXX to monitor my credit. I have monthly credit inquiries by XXXX. But every time I have a credit inquiry they list it on my credit report along with recent last payments this is all illegal. I have made many complaints in which XXXX corrects the matter and then repeat the same actions a couple of months later. I have written my local Senator who happens to be on the XXXX XXXX XXXX with a complaint.
