On XX/XX/2022, I submitted and was pre-approved for a loan with Movement Mortgage , LLC XXXX ID # XXXX I have not received a federal form Loan Estimate. On XX/XX/2022, the following email series was recorded : Applicant : Is my application submitted? I haven't seen an official Loan Estimate on the federal form yet and more than 3 days have passed since I submitted documents. Am I missing something? https : //www.consumerfinance.gov/ask-cfpb/what-is-a-loan-estimate-en-1995/ # : ~ : text=A % 20Loan % 20Estimate % 20is % 20a, that % 20took % 20effect % 20on % 20Oct. Loan Officer : No sir - I dont submit your application until youve confirmed youre going with us. Its extra work for my disclosure team and processing team. Applicant : You received my application but neither denied the application nor provided me a loan estimate? I won't confirm I'm going with ANY lender without the loan estimate. I thought that's what the loan estimate was for. Loan Officer : Thats what I have provided. Let me know if you have any questions.
