First problem : Experian requested documents verifying my first and last name by US Mail. I responded by sending a cover letter asking Experian to remove the suffix " 3 '' from my name, W2 's from both of my current employers, a photo copy of my current driver 's license ( front/back ), and a copy of 2 current utility invoices ( residential gas bill and residential light bill ). Experian is refusing to respond and has not updated my information in my credit file. There is no suffix of " 3 '' at the end of my last name and there never was. I have been trying to correct this issue since 2020. My first name is XXXX and my last name is XXXX. Second problem : I am also having an issue activating and deactivating my credit freeze per diem. Experian has not fixed this issue. I am not able to sign in online into my Experian profile. I called customer care and can never speak to a representative.
