Im writing this letter because I feel upset about my refinance process. I started the process on XXXX and as of today I havent been able to close because Caliber Home Loans has Fail to comuncate with me they has changed the loan consultant many times and the havent told me. I call them multiple times and they never call me back with an update. All the documents needed for closing are going to expire soon and im not willing to wait more because the market and interest rates are changing.
