The cares act has been in continuous effect since XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX ... servicer of my govt studend loans has twice ( x5 loans =10 neg reports ) reported negative pay status of 120 days. Federal student loan payments are scheduled to restart beginning in 60 days.. President Joe Biden extended temporary student loan relief through XX/XX/XXXX, which was his third extension. this makes a total of five ... more imoptantly... why do i have the the servicer of federal loans reporting negative status during this timeframe? i have disputed this twice now... i still have negative reports. the cares act has been in continuous effect since XX/XX/XXXX and currently runs through XX/XX/XXXX ... No negative status reporting during student loan relief... XXXX is wrong to do so...... TWICE... why is this so hard to understand? Why are they ruining my credit?
