In XX/XX/2019, I made my minimum payment the day after the due date. I was in the process of moving my daughter into her college dorm and there was so much to keep up with, that is was an oversight on my part. I made the payment the very next day. However, I'm not sure I understand how my payment is considered 30 days late when it was made one day after the due date. How is this possible? If you take a look at my account, you will see that I didn't have any late payments prior to this oversight. Please review my submission for a XXXX goodwill update to remove the 30 day late status and negative reporting from my credit file. Thank you.
