i have recently sent multiple letters on these dates XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX i also called and spoke to each beureaus representives and they all advised me to submit a complaint through the cfpb to have these un-authourized and unverifiable inquirys removed this is a violation of the fdcra since they have 30 days to respond and start a full investigation these inquirys are listed on my credit report by all three of these company 's XXXX equifax and XXXX ( equifax ) 1.
