In XX/XX/2022, I disputed a charge from the gas station of {$55.00}. Capital one credited the funds back to my account. On XXXX XXXX capital one debited my account {$55.00} for the same transaction claiming they needed a receipt from the gas company even though the same information was on my bank statement. Then, on XXXX XXXX I made a payment to capital one credit card using my capital one bank account ; I transferred funds from savings to checking to pay my bill. A week later I find out the payment was never received mean while my bank account was charged. A few days before that incident I noticed my checking accounting was negative {$47.00} I then transferred {$60.00} from savings to checking to cover the balance. I noticed no transaction on my account was actual negative however the bank wiped away {$60.00} my new balance was {$17.00}. If the amount was in fact not showing a negative balance the available balance wouldve posted {$60.00}, not {$17.00}. The bank has failed to resolve these issues and theres more. Ive called them many times in a week they provide excuses, have been rude to me by arguing about the balances and transaction details ; also the companys bank manager has provided a negative customer service experience.
