XXXX and XXXX of XXXX, Virginia have come for the debt several times. XXXX and XXXX took action to have my wages garnished ( Warrant Debt ) Case # XXXX in through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called and set-up a payment plan making monthly payments with them for XXXX. I missed one payment which I doubled on XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX. Again, on XXXX XXXX, XXXX they went to garnish my wages, now I was still making payments to them until XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The company I work for denied their request. I haven't heard from XXXX and XXXX until today, XX/XX/XXXX ... asking me to make payments again. When will the harassment stop with the company about a debt that has been charged-off by Capital One. They purchased this debt back in XXXX. It's been six years since then. Please note that my account with Capital One has been removed from my credit report. My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX time of the debt it was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX If they can restart collecting debt again after 5 years when will the harassment stop for the consumer.
