I have contacted all 3 bureaus, letting them know i have never been late with XXXX i have always been on time with all my payments. They stated they will fix it and never have. This has been an ongoing situation that has affected my purchasing of home for me and my family. The law prohibits false information to be reported on my credit bureau. It's been over 5 months no changes have taken place i will soon file a law suit against the credit bureaus. This affect my consumer rights, violation of fcra, fdcpa, and consumer rights.
