On today if XXXX XXXX 2022 I was supposed to receive my check from my job which is XXXX but it was sent to the wrong direct deposit I made sure it was the deposit I wanted they sent it to an account which I can't access i.e. chime banking I tried unlocking the account I tried calling customer service emailing etc and when I call they hang up after a while the requirements are i.d . social and proof of address I sent them a pdf of my lease of the apartment that I live in it even says they accept PDFs but for some reason they won't unlock my account and let me get my money I am struggling and I need to pay my bills if I don't get this situation resolved I will be homeless.
