XXXX XXXX XXXX has been unwilling to correct this and remove the 30 day late from my credit reports. I am writing to you in regards to a payment that was made on my account on XX/XX/2022. I paid the minimum due via my mobile App but somehow there was a shortfall of XXXX that was carried over to XXXX and this caused my account to be delinquent. Now because of this ; my account has been reported 30 days late to each of the three Credit Reporting agencies. It wasnt until XXXX when I was contacted via the Credit reports that I knew there was a problem. I would have happily taken care of this much earlier had someone brought it to my attention.
