This company is falsely reporting negatively on my credit reports for a debt that does not belong to me. I have no contract or never heard of this company. Unless this company can show me with ink wet signature proof with my signature that this account belongs to me, it is within my rights cfob enforce the law and mandate this company remove all negative remarks from all reporting agencies today. once again unless this company can show 100 & percent accuracy of debt owed and show proof with my signature that I agreed to repay said money owed, this account needs to be closed and removed today and CFPB must enforce the laws protecting me from false claims.
