Since XX/XX/2021 till now, there have been reps from Navient that when I have explained to them I am on a health leave and dont have the means to pay they insist and insist that I get in a plan and make a payment. I have told them that I am also trying to finish up some courses that will help me get some income when my Dr takes me off the health leave. All I hear from the reps are that I need to get in some pay plan and if not I will be sued. What am to do then I say if they are not willing to help me then I will have to file XXXX I dont want to do that but their calls are only based on threatening to sue me they dont offer me any reprieve and yet there are other loans they put in deferred b/c I am In School yet these tLoans they are threatening to sue me for are not in forbearance and put a lien on any property I may own. Those to me are threats and no offer of help
