On or about XX/XX/2021, I wrote a letter to XXXX, Equifax and XXXX, requesting they investigate the overabundant unauthorized and unknown inquiries listed on my credit report. I asked this investigation be conducted in a timely manner, and to provide me with the results of the investigation, specifically the person ( s ) who initiated the credit inquiries where authorized and provide me with a copy of the authorization which they received to inquire upon my credit. I believe the numerous inquiries were of a result of a electronic breach at XXXX, Equifax and XXXX, wherein my credit profile was compromised, I have received notification from each credit bureau that a breach did occur, and I believe as a result of this breach my credit profile was accessed causing unauthorized inquiries, in attempt to obtain credit under my name.
