I am making this complaint on be half of my self an no other. I sent XXXX XXXX a cease and desist got notice that they received it XX/XX/22. I never received noticed that I could dispute this debt. XXXX XXXX is ruining my reputation and damaging my character.XXXX XXXX shared this alleged obligation with the consumer reporting agencies. I sent this company a cease and desist and they are still communicating with me through transunion. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) The banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit reporting. Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system. Due to this inaccuracy my reputation and character is being effected. Due to this inaccurate report I am unable to get a job. Now I can't obtain credit due to these companies tarnishing my reputation. I recently just got out of the hospital due to constant XXXX XXXX. My doctor prescribed me XXXX to deal with my XXXX. This person ( debt Collector ) infringed upon my right to privacy by having a conversation with a 3rd party about me while I wasn't aware. 15 USC 1681a ( 4 ) .The consumer reporting agency is sharing erroneous info without first consulting with me the consumer. They have no proof that this transaction took place. If so send me the contract that took place between me and XXXX XXXX stating we are doing business. They are impartial because they allowed information to be reported while only hearing one side of the story. 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( b ) the consumer reporting agencies did not meet the needs of commerce because this was not fair or equitable.15 USC 1681a ( d ) ( 2 ) exclusions from a consumer report transaction between a consumer and person making the report. This is identity theft.XXXX XXXX stole my identity and shared my private information with these CRA 's. XXXX is now CIVILLY LIABLE or willful noncompliance pursuant to 15 USC 1681n ( a ).
