Almost 7 years ago I voluntarily gave back my car to XXXX XXXX XXXX Since then they sold the vehicle and never disclosed info with me. So instead of taking off sale of car off loan they have been charging me late fees. I am working with XXXX XXXX and for the last three months they have been reporting missed payments to a closed case. I have tried reaching out however I never get the same person and the 2 times I gave them my debit card number to try and make small payments they were trying to take more than allowed. Any help is appreciated as it will be 7 years in XXXX.
