My name is XXXX XXXX, I am writing on my own behalf, there is no third party involved. On XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted an FTC report for numerous fraudulent and unverifiable accounts and inquiries on my credit report on Experian 's website. There were 7 inquiries that were apparent as fraudulent, including- XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX XXXX / XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX / XX/XX/2022 XXXX / XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX XXXX / XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX/ XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX XXXX / XX/XX/2022 I wrote a letter to Experian, and sent them my FTC report including proof of identity on XX/XX/2022 that included all of the above inquiries that are fraudulent and unverifiable. The problem is their are still numerous fraudulent inquiries and credit accounts on my credit report that are drastically effecting my ability to operate in commerce. The following inquiries, Experian removed from my report : XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX XXXX / XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX XXXX / XX/XX/2022 XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX/ XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX XXXX / XX/XX/2022 HOWEVER, the fraudulent inquiries : XXXXXXXX XXXX / XX/XX/2022 XXXX / XX/XX/2022, and XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2022 including the unverifiable debt amounts attached to these accounts are still furnished on my account. Not only did I never give the above companies permission to furnish my account, but these are debts claimed to be owed by me, are furnished on my report and are entirely fraudulent. Experian has yet to make the changes to my credit report as requested. Due to this identity theft allowed and perpetuated by Experian, I am violated. I still have not allowed XXXX nor XXXX furnish my report and post a credit account on my report. Numerous laws have been broken, and my rights have been violated as a federally protected consumer. Unfortunately this has disturbed my ability to operate soundly in commerce due to high revolving debt form these accounts, AND the numerous recent inquiries on my credit report.
