Hello, I am sorry to write again about Wells Fargo. I was in mediation with Wells Fargo mediator XXXX XXXX and an independent mediator that Wells Fargo paid for. XXXX XXXX information me that I applied for home equity over the phone and he has records of this. I was not happy with XXXX XXXX and I asked him for the person to speak with about his findings. He gave me XXXX XXXX name and I called her about this. XXXX XXXX wrote back to me that XXXX XXXX findings are correct and we did apply on the phone. XXXX XXXX from the same department as XXXX XXXX said that we applied online internet application. I want to do mediation again as XXXX XXXX was not been honest in his findings.
