In accordance with the fair credit reporting act XXXX XXXX XXXX [ Account # XXXX ], XXXX XXXX XXXX [ Account # XXXX ], XXXX XXXX XXXX [ Account # XXXX ], have violated my rights. 15 USC 1681 Section 602 A states I have a right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 604 A Section 2 also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instruction. In addition this account is listed in a bankruptcy. Since the information is included in a bankruptcy it should not be reporting separately to my consumer report. Delete these accounts
