Okay I sent Equifax information service a dispute letter XX/XX/2022 asking them to validate some accounts thats on my credit report. Because Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681g I have the right to demand that they disclose to me all of the documents that they have recorded and retained in they files. So I wrote the dispute letters asking them to carefully verify those accounts which are XXXX Finace XXXX XXXX XXXX service and I have been proof I sent them dispute letter through certified mail. Asking them provide me proof such as a sign contract with my signature but Equifax failed to do that so XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from them stating they verify those account are accurate and they are mines they didnt send me any proof no documentations Equifax information Service have ignored my request to provided me with the documents that they have in they files that was used to verify the disputed accounts which means that they have NOT verified or you can not verify any of these accounts and under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA you are required to promptly DELETE all information which can not be verified. The law is very clear as to the Civil liability and the remedy available to me for negligent noncomplia eral Law. I am a litigious consumer and fully intend on pursuing litigation in this matter to enforce my rights under the FCRA. I demand the following accounts be verified or deleted immediately. The accounts that need to be removed immediately are XXXX XXXX {$410.00} XXXX XXXX {$270.00} And dont write me back and say they were verified Im looking for any documentation the creditors sent to your company to prove this account are mines and I have all the proof. So please remove these unverified accounts from my credit Thank you.
