I contacted Lexis nexus on XX/XX/2022 because I feel as though they have furnished information without it being verified and with my consent which is causing a negative effect on my credit reports. I have contacted them for methods of verification on the bankruptcy case they are reporting to others. They have not yet responded to where they have confirmed this information with. And it is to my understanding that they are in violation of 1. 15 usc 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) Infringed Upon a Consumers right to privacy 2. 15 usc 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) No Permissible purpose/ No written instruction
