I issued a stop payment against Direct Cash LLC, and they changed their name from directcashtx to Direct Cash LL in the transaction. I consider this an unwritten attempt to revoke permission to debit my accounts. I have since sent a written attempt to revoke permission and I am awaiting a response. I consider this act deliberate as I presume they would not try to debit my account with a different name had they thought my account was closed. I also received a private call on the day of or shortly after the transaction, at XXXX on XX/XX/2022. I do not typically receive blocked calls. I am on XXXX in the state of Texas. Their abusive tactics have led me to go without food ( other than family donated ), utilities ( other than paid for by family ), and have nearly caused me to be evicted due to not being able to pay the rent. The amount of stress imposed by this companies tactics has exacerbated my XXXX and led to significant decline in everyday function. I also did not receive a copy of my loan agreement and was pressured into signing without reading as the agent would remain on the phone call - akin to being hovered over while you read it.
