On or about XXXX I applied for a refinance loan with a company called Intelliloan , Inc XXXX I have struggled with this company for 100 days trying to get this loan completed only to get a last minute we can't do this loan as it was told to me by a company representative. In order to get to this final position in the loan process, I had to obtain an appraisal for the property in question at my own expense. ( {$1200.00} ) After doing so and going through this long process that would normally take 3-6 weeks I was told that there would be no loan given at this time. This lender was extremely difficult to work with. After the turn down of the loan to me and my wife we decided to go to another lender. I asked the lender for a copy of my appraisal that I had paid for so that I may be able to submit to another lender. That lender gave me a partial copy of the appraisal but NOT a full and complete appraisal so that I may use it with another lender. They ( the lender in house legal department ) said that they do not have to give me a complete copy of the appraisal and that all I would receive a what they sent me already. I had explained that I wanted a FULL and COMPLETE copy of the appraisal that I paid for or it would be useless to use with another lender. There response was still a resounding ( NO ) I want my money back for this lost expense that I was not allowed to use by this lender. Can you help?
