Consumer Narrative

On XXXX first I made my payment of {$2500.00}. There was a processing error and I was double billed for a total of {$5100.00}. I have contacted the lender and they keep making excuses on why its taking so long to refund the money. I called today and was told they made another error and would have to start the refund process over. I have incurred overdraft and late fees that cant be refunded from other accounts. They wiped out my checking account and have left us in a hardship situation that they care nothing about.
