Beginning XXXX of XXXX, I began to send a round of letters disputing inquiries on my report to all three major credit bureaus because I noticed suspicious inquiries on my report. The replies from TransUnion were all the same and I have provided a copy of the most recent reply letter to me. They also failed to send me a copy of my personal credit report. After contacting all of the numbers for the creditors that were reporting and receiving disappointing responses on the matter of the inquiries, I then, called all three credit bureaus on XX/XX/XXXX at their fraud departments because I believed that there may have been someone attempting to use my information to obtain credit, so I initiated 1 ) A credit freeze on all three bureaus and 2 ) A security alert on all three bureaus. I removed the credit freezes and credit alerts since the other two bureaus recognized the validity of my disputes. TransUnion, however, was the only bureau that continued to report the incorrect data. They also failed to provide a copy either digitally or via US mail of my credit report and their results. I initiated a final letter which I have attached letting them know once again that they needed to resolve my request because the inquiries were clearly identified as fraudulent and must be corrected. In the end, they need to comply and delete these immediately. Thank you for your attention on the matter.
