I never opened an account with this creditor. Nor have they supplied me with proof that i opened the loan. i've sent them an FTC and police report and both have been rejected, why? i have no idea. i sent everything i was supposed to submit still no answer. The account opened was opened due to identity theft. I've also sent the company a FTC report along with a police report but they still have yet to block the information off of my credit file and report.Now i have filed a federal complaint and this account is now in litigation. I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact therefore exists.
