XXXX shows a balance of {$7400.00} ( Account opened XXXX ) I contacted the company 3 times via telephone & 2 times via mail requesting the VIN # of the vehicle and the amount the vehicle was either resold for or sold at Auction for and notifying them that legally that amount had to be removed from my remaining balance - The company refused to give the requested information - Also refused to adjust the balance. Request that the balance be adjusted /corrected and or removed from my credit report
