Back in XXXX of XXXX, my son 's wallet was stolen from the gym. His ID and credit card which he is authorized user of mine was compromised. He filed a police report. In XXXX, the credit card was used at XXXX for a purchase of {$140.00}. I disputed the charge with my credit card ( XXXX Bank ) and contacted XXXX. The representative at XXXX said they did not have any information about me in their records. I have never had an account with XXXX. I have been an XXXX customer for over 25 years. In XXXX of XXXX, I received a past due bill from XXXX XXXX I called XXXX again, spoke to representative and we filed a fraud claim with XXXX. # XXXX. Shortly after that call, I received a letter from a collection agency stating I owed the debt. I disputed the debt, spoke to the collection agency who informed me to notify XXXX Fraud dept with my case # and their collection account #. I spoke to XXXX again, they requested I send an email to XXXX Fraud, with the case #, my identification, and police report from last year where my identity was stolen. I sent them the information on XX/XX/XXXX, and have not received a response. Now, on XX/XX/XXXX, I received another collection letter from a different company, Receivables XXXX XXXX attempting to collect this same debt which is not mine.
