I received the attached settlement letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). I owe nothing for 3 reasons. I never had possession, fraudulent loan, BUT at a minimum, if XXXX had done their job as a professional company, we would not be talking today. XXXX and Experian did not have permission to access my private credit report. See attached application / permission sent to me by XXXX as reason for accessing my credit report. It is incomplete and should have not been processed AS IT EVEN STATES AT THE TOP OF APPLICATION! It is incomplete and undated. Experian can waste my time and their time by punting this to XXXX who will deny deny deny. XXXX will not admit an error and would rather extort a settlement from me. XXXX is making as much money as possible since they made a mistake. XXXX dangles poor credit over consumers heads.
