To Whom It May Concern, I have attempted to remove duplicate accounts from my credit file several times, however, the credit bureaus are refusing to move these accounts. I have letters from both XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX Bank which shows that the XXXX XXXX XXXX ending in XXXX is being collected by XXXX XXXX XXXX and the XXXX XXXX account ending in XXXX is also being collected by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I advised the credit bureaus that it is unlawful to report duplicate accounts on my file, however, they refuse to remove these files from my credit report. As well, I submitted my divorce court orders advising that my last name is no longer XXXX and should be updated on my credit file to reflect my maiden name. All three credits bureaus have this information but refuse to update my name. I also sent copies of my SC Drivers License.
