They where unable to perform a reasonable investigation to locate the necessary documents to investigate my dispute, so therefor they are required by the FCRA to remove the negative information on my consumer report. They also did not send me any explanation neither methods of the investigation upon my request like i asked them to, reason for this request was for me to conduct my own investigation into the accuracy they claim to have on record.
