Dear Sir/Madam, I bought my house in XX/XX/XXXX and moved in fully in XX/XX/XXXX. As of XX/XX/XXXX, I started getting credit card demands for an " XXXX XXXX '' from Capital One. I reported that this person does not live at my house and thought nothing of it, but today I found out that an " XXXX XXXX '' was automatically added to my XXXX driver 's insurance, as he is registered at my address with the XXXX, so I suspect some sort of address fraud. I've tried to contact CapitalOne multiple times ( via phone, email, and XXXX message ) to report this and to ask them to stop sending bills to my address, as I'm worried about possible court proceedings being associated the address. CapitalOne did not take my reports seriously and keep sending demands to me house. I would like someone to contact me and look to resolve this issue. Kindest Regards, XXXX
