Per the attached document XXXX, XXXX, and Experian are all three reporting different information on a public record on my credit report. I have asked them to verify this account as accurate, I have asked to have them delete the account because they have not been able to verify this public record as accurate. and I have asked you all to help me have them delete this public record because they refuse to follow the FCRA guidelines by providing and reporing accurate information. They keep saying this is being reported by XXXX XXXX, if that is true then why arent all three reports showing the same information, and why does XXXX XXXX say they have no record of this information in their record.
