When I first noticed this loan on my account I immediately XXXX Credit Acceptance and explained to them that the account does not belongs to me and I am a victim of identity theft. I was then asked to send in a copy of my identification, in which I did. It was a couple of days when I called back and spoke with someone of higher authority whom stated to me to me that it will be removed within a week. That week came and went along with years which I have been disputing ever since. This company has been putting me through it and back all because Credit Acceptance did not honor their words as a company. Very dishonest company I am still to this day disputing this account and Credit Acceptance each time will change from it from repo and negative to repo no data but will still have a balance of XXXX Credit Acceptance is a company I will never do business with.
