I was the victim of identity theft and have been attempting to resolve issues that have now gone on for several years and there are still some items that the credit bureaus and creditors are not removing. I have filed a FTC Identity Theft Affidavit and provided such to all three consumer reporting agencies and the creditors. The remaining items I have not been able to get help in resolving are : 1. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, Acct XXXX, Open XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XX/XX/XXXX which shows a charge off of {$4200.00}. This is not mine and I have provided all parties documentation of this identity theft. 2. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : Line of Credit XXXX, Open XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, Charge off {$26000.00}. This is not mine and I have furnished all parties documentation. 3. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : Credit Card, XXXX, Open XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, Charge off {$6300.00}. This is not mine and I have furnished all parties documentation. 4. XXXX XXXX : Credit Card XXXX, Open XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, Charge off {$4400.00}. This is not mine and I have furnished all parties documentation. 5. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX : Credit Card XXXX, Open XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, Charge off {$14000.00}. This is not mine and I have furnished all parties documentation. 6. XXXX XXXX XXXX : Credit Card XXXX, Open XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, Charge off {$15000.00}. This is not mine and I have furnished all parties documentation. XXXX XXXXXXXX : Credit Card. Do not have the account details. Charge off {$5200.00}. This is not mine and I have furnished all parties documentation. I have repeatedly sent copies of my request along with a copy of the Federal Trade Commission Identity Theft Report. Under FCRA Section 605B they have no more than four business days to remove or block. This has now gone on for months and months.
