On XX/XX/2021 I switched my family plan with 4 lines ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to XXXX and informed XXXX as thus I also paid XXXX XXXX bill to cover till XX/XX/2021 and yet I received XXXX request to for me to pay {$460.00}. I went to the local XXXX XXXX stores since I have no longer have the SIM card after the phone service switch. I went to the stores three times to seek help. Since my credit card got charged with the amount, the XXXX XXXX store representative advised me simply dispute the charge with the credit card company, which I did. I was surprised to have received a collection letter by a collection company XXXX claiming I owe TXXXX for the period till XX/XX/2021. I wrote letters to XXXX XXXX customer care and Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer XXXX XXXX. Again no response from them. XXXX XXXX simply engaged another collection company AmSher Collections Services Inc with intention to destroy my credit.
