Experian has been called several times and has not completed any investigations. Experian Representatives have stated investigations are complete. Even when stating I have had identity theft and have proven so, by completing a police report and having data from XXXX stating I was included in password leaks and have settled out of court for the damage. Experian has held to neglecting to remove the information from my profile. I have recorded my last conversation to prove the negligence of Experian and now wish to move forward with a full federal law suite , with this being my second step in a Default notice which will also be presented to Experian if this last attempt is not met with Due CARE, By mail. The audio file is with Specialist of the Fraud Department XXXX who would not give any other information or a report number. I am re-attaching the information provided in the last report. numerous data details which are not accurate remain on this profile, and Experian should be held responsible for continuing to maintain inaccurate data after not acknowledging the Affidavits being provided and stating they have not received them. when I am being provided the received receipts. This has been a year battle with EXPERIAN. Every minute spent calling and every effort communicating with Experian will not go without penalty. As a Service Provider and Company Experian should be held responsible for its contract that states it will protect the consumer. It continues to be an issue today. This serves as my direct report to EXPERIAN to provide Due care.
