Someone opened an account with TD Bank in my name. I did not initiate the opening of an account ever with TD Bank. I have reached out to TD bank several times now and was told it was taken care of and it has not. I have now received a debit card, overdraft fees on an account that is fraudulent and been going in loops with the bank yet again today.
