I previously submitted a Disbute and complaint from cfpb to Experian and the response was updated/the accounts was removed but its NOT! Its currently still on my credit report and it shows 36 late payments from these accounts thats closed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I got these loans are duplicates Ive consolidated all four loans to a new one. XXXX told me I have to get them removed from the credit reporting company. This is really affecting my credit and its stopping me from purchasing a home, financing a car, and earning credit cards. Its listed as late 9 times for each account altogether its 36 late payments which should be illegal plus Ive had these accounts for over 7 years thats past the statute of limitations in Michigan please please remove these accounts.
