I am a victim of identity theft and I need help because my credit has really been affected. I hav e been asking for help and my lawyer told me to submit a complaint. I have completed the report and have attached my documents for proof of ID. I am deeply affected by the reporting of these accounts that don't belong to me. According to section 605 ( b ) of the FCRA, these accounts must be removed within 4 business days of reciept of this report. Failure to do so is a violation of my rights.
