On or about XX/XX/2021 I sent a dispute to TransUnion LLC for money alleged owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of XXXX dollars as a charge off I have challenged the amount owed. And have requested all documents that may bear my signature or social security number. Thirty days later TransUnion failed to mark the item as disputed, or give the method of verification used to support the reporting of the inaccurate amount of XXXX dollars, On or about XX/XX/2021 I sent a second dispute notifying TransUnion LLC an explaining to TransUnion that I have still not received the method of verification and to no available conclusion no information has been provided to consumer. On XXXX XXXX I sent a third dispute letter and a copy of my counter claim to the civil suit with XXXX XXXX XXXX for Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. XXXX XXXXk XXXX XXXX file initial civil suit around XX/XX/2021 ) Consumer filed a request for production with the Court and received a response from XXXX XXXX XXXX that they would investigate the matter and produce all documents pertaining to my counterclaim. ( Also sent to TransUnion for it pacifically stated they had to investigate ). About XX/XX/2021 TransUnion still refused to give consumer method of verification or remove the inaccurate reporting of the XXXX off my credit report for TransUnion willful disregard of the FCRA. Consumer then sent a Notice of Cease and Desist of reporting the inaccurate information ; alleged amount owed for the reason that XXXX XXXX XXXX pacifically stated they had to investigate my counterclaim to their civil case. To date XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX has still not verified any request but has ask for an extension of time through the courts and TransUnion still has not verified any information they are reporting under this account. For these reason I turned to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau after numerous attempts amongst both parties ( XXXX and TransUnion ) and neither one has accurately investigated or reported the information as it relates to FCRA and the Consumer.
