Ive put in several disputes to Transunion directly, to correct the misspelling of my name, incorrect employer info and to have XXXX accounts that have either been discharged/cancelled by the creditor ( I have cancellation of debt receipts to prove it and have sent them in to transunion ) or there are accounts over 7 years old and should have been removed already, even according to transunion a ETA for when the debt will be removed. This is causing a 50 POINT difference in my transunion score from my XXXX and XXXX score.and Every time a dispute is pushed through, I go to check the status and it tells me I have no active disputes. I have never received a notice by writing, phone call, or email, with dispute results. Ive just never heard back from them, ever. Transunion is supposed to answer within 30 days and has never answered me in over a year.
