on XX/XX/22 of this year I recently got an email from Experian saying they took my credit score away permanently without any explanation of why I called the company Several times but kept getting a record ed message no one would answer the phone telling me to go online to get in touch with them which I did several no response back from them about all of a sudden change now I have no credit score upon my research they are trying force to by products and services to pay them a upgrade fee for my credit score which I can't afford right now this practice is for illegal and needs to be looked into because I have free account with them now they want to pay for something I don't want or need right now and can't afford people are struggling I trusted them but not anymore I tried to close my account as well can you please investigate and find out why there doing this please thanks XXXX XXXX!
